A touring suit that you can adapt however you like – that’s what you get with the Vanucci *VAJ-1*. It’s the basic suit to which you can add a whole range of features. Retrofit technical lining, climate membrane or storm collar, all available separately for you to order as and when you choose. And then you basically have a touring suit that’s equipped for every eventuality.

Comfort/features:

• Comfortable high collar with soft edge
• Stretch panels on the elbows and shoulders
• Stretch fabric on the front of the shoulders and inner surface the sleeves
• Air vent system front and back
• Belt adjustment for waist and upper sleeve, press-stud adjustment for lower sleeve
• All-round and short connection zipper
• 2 waterproof outside pockets
• 2 inside pockets
• Optional: Vanucci VXA-1 storm collar (200013), Vanucci VXR-1 membrane jacket (214523) and Vanucci VXU-3 thermal lining (210225) retrofittable

Protection:

• Removable SUPER SHIELD HTP shoulder and elbow protectors
• Elbow protectors can be positioned to suit the wearer
• Reflective material
• ISO 4916 safety seams at the impact points
• Optional: SUPER SHIELD HTP Back Protector can be retrofitted (size 46-50 21884103 or 21884104, size 52-56 21884104 or 21884105, size 58-64 21884105 or 21884106, see table below the pictures)

Material:

• Abrasion-resistant 500D CORDURA, 100% polyamide
• Teflon finish for extra dirt-repellency
• Double layer of material on shoulders and elbows
• Fixed mesh lining, 100% polyester
